Lest anyone think that I can do no wrong in the kitchen, feast thine eyes upon this atrocity:

I attempted to make sweet potato gnocchi, and failed miserably. The picture is blurry because my camera couldn’t handle the truth. I think I know what the problem was – I tried to cook too many at the same time. Then I tried cooking them a bit longer, and they started to break down in the water 🙁

I will try again, but this is my second gnocchi failure and I’m feeling a bit tender about the whole thing.

Good thing there’s a pizza place 10 minutes from the house!
